我心得安寧 Prayer for Serennity 


主阿，賜給我寧靜的心，

Lord, Grant me the serenity

來接受我所不能改變的事，

to accept things I cannot change 

賜給我勇氣，來改變我所能改變的，

the courage to change things I can 

賜給我智慧，來分辨兩者的差別。

and wisdom to know the difference.
